| This is the first step in a process of self discovery. Once
you have completed the full assessment one of our experienced career
consultants will discuss your results with you, providing specific careers to
explore and new insights to inform your career decisions. |

Before you log in and begin your Career
Vision Advantage Assessments, please make sure you have: |

Broadband Internet connection (DSL, cable modem or T-1 line). |
| |
|
Your User ID and Password provided to you at
registration. |
| |
|
A quiet, interruption-free environment where you can focus on
the assessments. This is particularly important for the Ball Aptitude
Battery(BAB) because each of these assessments are timed. We recommend that you
turn off phones, music or other distractions and let people know that you are
not available. |

|
The full time to complete your assessment will vary by the
Advantage Package you selected. We encourage you to complete the entire
BAB in a single 2.5 hour session. However, the BAB can be completed in
as many as 3 separate sessions lasting approximately 45-60 minutes each. The
surveys are not timed but you should plan to spend between 10 to 30 minutes for
each survey, and to complete each survey in a single session. |

Using your password and ID you may login to the
secured Career Vision Advantage Assessment site as many times as needed to
complete the assessments listed in your Advantage Package. As a convenience,
the secured site has an assessment tracker to note your progress. |
